We use this information to receive, review and respond to your enquiry and to manage follow-up. A notification email is sent to our authorized team address. We do not use your enquiry to enroll you in unrelated marketing automatically.

Only authorized Johnny Lab administrators can review the enquiry dashboard. Our infrastructure and email delivery providers process data to provide these services. Please avoid entering passwords, government identity numbers or sensitive personal information in your message.

We keep enquiries while they are relevant to the project discussion, then remove them in accordance with our retention practices. You can request access or deletion by contacting us through WhatsApp at +60 11-3128 1882.

Sending your enquiry through WhatsApp separately is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices. The website does not send a WhatsApp message without your action.
